About us
We support artists with high standards, sensitivity, and a contemporary outlook, fostering the growth of their careers in a musical world undergoing profound transformation.
Our Vision
Convinced that classical music is experiencing a deep evolution, we place adaptability, professional rigor, creativity, and attentive listening at the heart of our work. Our ambition is to provide each artist with a strong, supportive, and responsive environment, capable of adapting to the new dynamics of the industry and the expectations of an ever-evolving audience.
Our Approach
We work in close collaboration with performers at every stage, guided by respect, trust, and a genuine understanding of the profession. Together, we build coherent, sustainable, and ambitious career paths, enabling each artist to express their full potential and forge their place within the demanding world of classical music.
“Music can express everything, except the way it should be heard.”
Igor Stravinsky
Diane du Saillant grew up immersed in the violin, linguistics, and a visceral passion for music. From a young age, she decided to make it her profession and trained with one of Paris’s leading agents. After fifteen years supporting major artists at the Agence Artistique Opéra et Concert, she founded her own agency in 2003, with the support of loyal artists and Aude Massiet du Biest.
Since then, the agency has been built on a strong team spirit: trust, high standards, and daily human-centered support. Over the years, personalities such as Julie Grente, Sidonie Lavie, and Margaux Schloetter have enriched this collective journey, shaping a modern and deeply committed vision in service of artists.
Julie Grente joined the agency in 2004 after studying piano, translation, and music administration, complemented by a formative experience with Jacques Thelen. Following a three-year family break in New York—where she collaborated with Cami Music—she returned to the agency in 2017. Since then, she has supported its growth with unwavering enthusiasm, backed by a young, passionate, and forward-looking team.
Sidonie Lavie, a flutist and pianist, has forged a multidisciplinary path combining musicology, economics and management, and event communication. She joined the agency in September 2022 and, alongside Diane, discovered the strategic support and career development of leading artists. Driven by keen curiosity and genuine musical sensitivity, she fully invests herself in this demanding and exciting mission.
Margaux Schloetter, a music enthusiast and fluent in German, joined the agency in 2024. Drawing on her experiences at La Roque d’Anthéron and La Folle Journée de Nantes, she enthusiastically contributes to the agency’s visibility. Thanks to her command of German, she develops privileged exchanges with our German-speaking partners and strengthens the international reach of the team.
