Les Ombres Errantes by François Couperin
A ” score for four hands ” which involves the music of François Couperin, undisputed master of the French-style baroque, interpreted by the pianist virtuoso Iddo Bar-Shaï and the shadows shaped live by Philippe Beau, magician of the light.
Both artists worked several weeks under the leadership of the Swiss director China Curchod who knew how to create a scenography which marries marvelously these two arts in new forms of the concert. It is an osmosis completed between both artists, that had never worked together before this project, imagined by the CCR The Dominicans of High Alsace.
An accessible show to all, informed amateurs or curious, and especially to the 10 years old which can so discover music differently.
